The super bloom this year has been exceptionally beautiful. Everyone kept posting about the poppies in Lake Elsinore but with all the foot traffic and disrespectful influencer’s trying to get instagram pics by trampling through the flowers was something I just didn’t want to do.

So I hit up my environmentally conscious friend Sylvia (@hip_ee and she had the brilliant idea to go to Chino Hills, Ca.

Chino Hills State Park
$5 Parking but free street parking with a 15 min hike up.

There were some poppies here but it was surrounded by these yellow flowers, we were surrounded by greenery and it truely felt magical. So I really wanted to capture that magic through animation like that scene from Avatar where they’re in that holy tree lol. Let me know if you felt it or if I’m just imagining things lmao.
